Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Foreign Trade Association "Vneshtechnika" (FSUE "FTO Vneshtechnika") is the subsidiary organization of the Ministry of education and science and is the direct subordinate of the Federal agency for science and innovations (Rosnauka).

The Association provides commercial operations with foreign organizations and companies in the wide range. Professional experience accumulated in the process of cooperation with numerous foreign companies since 1967 as well as extended business contacts with Russian organizations, associations and enterprises of all sectors of Russian national economy allow Vneshtechnika to provide commercial activities on foreign markets. The geography of Vneshtechnika business relations covers the countries of Europe, Asia, Africa, America and continues to expand.

FSUE FTO "Vneshtechnika" provides:

Export and import operations in support of scientific-technical cooperation with foreign countries, including projects accomplished by interindustry scientific-technical complexes;

operations include purchase, sale and lease of scientific equipment;

participates in creation of joint laboratories, scientific teams and joint enterprises;

foreign trade activities in export and import of equipment, instruments, goods, spare parts, components, software products and services;

execution of scientific, technical, techno-economic, financial, legal and other expert reviews in terms of international projects development with foreign specialists involvement, assignment of Russian specialists and reception of foreign specialists;

intermediation in sales of industrial and technical products and other goods, as well as in execution of works associated with equipment, instruments and materials testing;

trade and intermediary, purchase, sales and other activities in operations with consumer goods, including sales in hard currency according to effective laws of Russian Federation;

study and analysis of product markets environment with the following development and delivery of price and market environment information on contractual basis for those enterprises and organizations, that are interested in access to foreign markets;

operations with precious metals, precious stones and the materials based on them in accordance with effective laws of Russian Federation;

market research, consultancy on commercial activities, finance and management;

contemporary Russian high-technology promotion on foreign markets, including licenses and "know-how";

executes government orders on instrumentation of state centers and other scientific organizations with contemporary foreign equipment, instruments and computer hardware and software;

executes purchase of goods, provides services for state and municipal needs including the organization and implementation of tenders and bids;

operations related to execution of scientific and technical, design and engineering, experimental works and participation in the works mentioned on the base of shared interest of Russian and foreign organizations and companies in particular;

operations related to reception and transfer of scientific and technical documentation, samples of instruments, components and materials for the use by Russian organizations and foreign companies;

the operations related to demonstration of new types of equipment, instruments, materials and organization of informational and advertising companies for the purpose of expansion of export and import of goods and services, including organization of specialized trade shows, participation in workshops, seminars and international fairs, execution of advertising and marketing activities in Russia and abroad, publishing of advertising materials on Enterprise activities;

provides services for assisting Russian organizations and enterprises in implementation of international agreements and contacts in scientific and technical cooperation domain on commercial basis, including rendering of services and joint development and manufacturing of competitive products based on the use of contemporary technologies;

provides services related to shipment of goods, including international shipments and freight operations, with warehousing;

provides non-production services (technical translation, certification in the area of enterprise competence, services for processing entry and exit visas for Russian and foreign citizens).
